- The product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for the following:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products purchased under a sale or promotional offer.
- Returns initiated after the 7-day return window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@ndhherbal.com with your order details, including your order ID, the product name, and the reason for the refund request.
- Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide further instructions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. We may require your bank account details to complete the process.
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrectly shipped products, NDH Herbal will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
